How your class can write a set of playground rules

Rules can keep us safe and happy in the playground. Work with some friends to make some rules and share with everyone in school. Here are some ideas to get you started.

What do we do in the playground?
Where can we play different games?
What equipment (balls, skipping ropes) are allowed?
Can we eat or drink in the playground?

What do we say in the playground?
Can we say if we are cross or fed up?

Who can we go to when. . .
. . .there is an accident, an argument or playtime is finished?
